Fifteen-year-old Jared Armstrong of North Bay has won a national kickboxing title.  The teen won the national belt in the low kick rule style event for the under 60 kilo class.  Burlington was the site for the event known as the Council of Amateur Sport Kickboxing National Championship.  Twenty-seven kickboxing clubs from across Canada with a total of 150 participants took part in various matches.
