A Callander man has won big with Lotto 6/49. Thomas Popp had one of two top prize winning tickets in the July 13th draw and won $3.5 million. Popp bought the ticket at Wingate Lottery on Fisher Street in North Bay. The other winning ticket was sold in British Columbia.
