The North Bay Police have arrested and charged an 18 year old teen following an investigation into a sexual assault complaint.
The accused is charged with one count of sexual assault on a person under 16 years of age, and one count of sexual interference with a person under 16 years of age.
The teen was allegedly in a relationship with a female under the age of 16, and on July 16th sexually assaulted the victim in her residence.
The accused is being held in custody as he awaits a bail hearing.
