The Clarion Resort Pinewood Park has been sold to Jay Virdi and Garry Arora.
The Clarion Resort has 102 rooms and is considered the city’s largest full-service destination resort and conference centre.
The hotel also boasts an 18-hole executive length public golf course, driving range and pro shop, as well as a full-service spa and fitness centre, all-season outdoor swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna.
Arora and Virdi have been part of the hospitality industry for years, and have successful properties globally.
