The North Bay Police Service have arrested a 23-year-old North Bay man following an investigation into a threats complaint.
According to police, during the evening of August 18th the man threatened two men who he didn’t know.
Later on in the evening, the man ran into the two men again outside his residence where he picked up a shovel and swung it towards the men, who left the scene without injuries.
The man was arrested on Saturday, and held in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
