North Bay set to host the 31st Annual AMCO Convention next week

The Airport Management Council of Ontario’s 31st annual convention is going to be taking place in North Bay next week. The event is being hosted by the Jack Garland Airport Corporation, and will be held at the Best Western Hotel and Conference Centre starting on Monday, October 3rd and running until the 5th.

The convention will include a trade show featuring more than 30 exhibitors. As well as seminars featuring aviation-related presentations and networking opportunities. The convention follows an annual golf tournament that will be held at Osprey Links Golf Club.

This year’s event will also include a tour of Jack Garland Airport, Canadore College’s School of Aviation Technology, and facilities at 22 Wing CFB North Bay. Every year a local charity is chosen, and this year the Gathering Place has been selected. A donation will be made to the Gathering Place on behalf of the speakers of the convention.
