The North Bay Battalion host the Ottawa 67’s tonight Memorial Gardens. Game time is 7:00pm.
Brett Hargrave and Brett McKenzie lead the Battalion to a 2-1 victory over the 67’s last Saturday. The rematch could favor the 67’s. They are winless at home but are 3-1-1 on the road so far this season. The Battalion have struggled at Memorial Gardens so far this year, going 1-4-0 on home ice.
Overall, the Troops are 4-5-0 on the season, good for a tie for third place in the Central Division. Ottawa meanwhile is 3-6-1, sitting in last place in the East Division.
After tonight the Battalion are hitting the road. They travel to Guelph tomorrow night for a showdown with the Storm. Then it’s off to Hamilton for a matchup against the Bulldogs on Saturday night. The two clubs have played once already this season, the Bulldogs hammered the Troops 7-4 last week.
