Food drive a major success

It’s a big haul for the North Bay Food Bank.  The organization’s annual fall drive saw high school students collect 20,200 pounds in food.  The heaviest load came from West Ferris where students there brought in 10,000 for the food bank.  Next up were Algonquin students who picked up about 4,400 pounds of food and bringing in 4,000 were Widdifield.  Nearly 11,800 pounds was raised by Odyssee and Heritage.  The food bank says the drive helped boost its shelves a lot.
