One of North Bays Largest real estate offices is now in their new home. After months of renovations and preparations, Royal LePage North Bay Real Estate Services, Brokerage is officially in its new home at 117 Chippewa Street West. Royal Lepage is planning on opening a new satellite office in Sturgeon Falls in January 2017. Owner and broker of record, Sue Symons says Royal LePage has tackled multiple projects over the course of 2016 and is excited about the future.
They celebrated their move from Lakeshore Drive to Chippewa Street West yesterday with a presentation to their primary local charity, Nipissing Transition House. Symons agents presented Executive Director of the Nipissing Transition House Women’s Shelter, Janine Lafreniere, with a cheque for $10,340.00. She says her staff works hard throughout the year with their big spring garage sale and other efforts to raise these funds. The move comes after months of renovations on a very tight timeline, and a million dollar investment in purchasing and refurbishing the building across the street from Memorial Gardens.
