Angus still mum on NDP leadership

Timmins-James Bay MP Charlie Angus still isn’t saying if he’ll run for the federal NDP leadership.  However his riding association has made it clear, the members want him to take a stab at it.

During the association’s annual membership meeting in Timmins, New Democrats made it clear they want Angus to seek the leadership.  At best, Angus told the members their position has given him a lot to think about.  The NDP elect a new leader this October.

The only declared candidate is Peter Julian, an MP from B.C.
