The North Bay YMCA is inviting all past, present and future day camp families to their Rotary Camp Tillicum for a family Open House on Sunday, July 2nd. Camp Tillicum is a 77-acre site located 30 minutes from North Bay on the south shore of Lake Nipissing. Since 1986 the YMCA, on behalf of the Rotary Club of North Bay, has been hosting the camp. The goal is to help participants grow physically, mentally and spiritually.
People can visit Camp Tillicum on July 2nd between 10:00am and 3:00pm. Open House activities will include swimming, organized games, crafts, camp tours and a free BBQ lunch. Families who want to attend can visit Camp Tillicum at 774 Tillicum Bay Road or by bus, leaving the YMCA on Chippewa Street at 9:30am and returning at 3:00pm.
