The North Bay OPP has charged a tractor trailer driver from Mississauga with Turn Not in Safety after an incident over the weekend. According to police, the driver attempted to complete a u-turn on Friday night and instead the vehicle ended up stuck across Highway 11 North at Bomarc Road.
As a result, traffic couldn’t pass in either direction. The highway was closed just before 11:00pm, and stayed closed until a few minutes past midnight.
