Angus doing well in leadership race

A poll shows Timmins -James Bay MP Charlie Angus is a top contender to hold NDP seats in Quebec should he become party leader.  Mainstreet Research polled party members to arrive at its results.  Nationally, Angus has 42 percent support of New Democrats according to Mainstreet Research.  Second is Manitoba MP Niki Ashton with 28 percent support.  Support for the last two contenders, MP Guy Caron of Quebec and Ontario MPP Jagmeet Singh, is in the teens.  Angus says the latest results show his campaign is gaining strength across the country including Quebec.   Angus has been getting a lot of high-profile endorsements including support from Doctor David Suzuki and Deputy Grand Chief Glen Hare.
