Gravelle pushes for TV programming study

The MP for Nickel Belt wants the federal government to study the availability of French-language television programming outside Quebec.  Claude Gravelle is making the request after Montreal Canadiens games were blocked in several regions including Northern Ontario.  The French-language version of the games were blocked at the start of the NHL season until Gravelle stepped in with a cable TV alternative.  Gravelle says francophone communities have the right to be able to watch programming in their native tongue.
