Local daycare centres are being warned about a fraudster. North Bay Police say someone who identifies themselves as Cleve James Frosh has been e-mailing a local daycare and sending fraudulent money to reserve a daycare spot. The person then asks the recipient to refund a portion of the funds because he can’t make it for the beginning of the reservation. They ask people to be extra aware when it comes to cheques and money orders for reservations.
