After a few years of delays, the John Street Bridge in North Bay is finally being replaced this year. The bridge no longer meets safety codes. The project, which includes a pathway extension at the site plus retaining a wall, will cost about $2.1 million. R.M. Belanger expects to have the bridge replaced and site restored by mid November.
