North Bay Police say that the human remains discovered in a marsh along Highway 11 in North Bay have been identified as a missing Timmins man.
Bernard Sackaney was born in 1963, and was reported missing four years ago by his family. The cause of death is undetermined but police do not believe foul play was a factor.
