A lawsuit has been filed against a city councillor in North Bay.
Former Managing Director of Community Services, Peter Chirico is suing Mark King for 1.25-million dollars. The libel case is over an allegedly defamatory statement King made to the media in December.
The statement was allegedly re-posted in the online media source BayToday.
