The North Bay Regional Health Centre has received “Accreditation with Commendation”.
The honour from Accreditation Canada is for organizations that go beyond the requirements and are committed to improvement. The hospital had to exceed a score of 95 per cent on thousands of standards.
Accreditation Canada took an on-site survey at the hospital in November 2015.
