A free showing of a Canadian Geographic documentary on the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) Centennial is coming up locally this weekend.
The public is being invited to watch ‘Wings of Honour’ with two shows on Saturday, July 13 at 10 am and 1 pm at the MCpl J.J.P Legault Fitness & Wellness Centre on Duxford Road.
“The documentary is a powerful and emotional feature-length documentary written, shot, and directed by Mr. Robert Barrett, and includes rare footage and compelling stories,” reads a release.
Refreshments and parking are free.
Guests will also be able to watch a short 22 Wing video produced by Corporal Julianna Bullfrog-Wabanonik, 22 Wing Imagery Technician, and the complete series of the Making of an Air Battle Manager, produced by North Bay’s Master Corporal Robert Ouellette, Imagery Technician.
