The Rotary Club of North Bay is looking for nominations for its second annual Unsung Hero Service Awards.
The award honours individuals who exemplify Rotary’s motto of ‘Service above Self’ by making a positive contribution to their community or workplace, while not seeking recognition.
Nominees can include residents of North Bay and surrounding communities who are 18 years of age and older.
The deadline for nominations is Sep. 21.
Those selected will be designated Paul Harris Fellows on Nov. 25.
“This is the highest honour a Rotary club can bestow on an individual, named after Paul Harris, who founded Rotary with three business associates in 1905,” states a release.
