Most government offices will be closed for Monday’s Civic Holiday.
That includes North Bay City Hall.
The city says transit buses will not be running on Monday and the Merrick Landfill will be closed.
Curbside pick-up of garbage and recycling is also delayed by one day next week.
Monday is considered an optional holiday in Ontario, so retail outlets are allowed to be open, although many have reduced hours.
