The Municipality of West Nipissing says the Front Street resurfacing project in the downtown core, between Holditch and Michaud Street, is expected to be completed this fall, depending on the weather.
The project began in June and is largely funded by the province’s Connecting Links Program.
Officials say the newly paved road will support safer travel, while the upgraded drainage will help manage water runoff, protecting both roadways and surrounding properties.
The resurfacing project includes work to curbs and catch basins.
