If you have thoughts and opinions about a variety of city services or priorities, the City of North Bay is hoping to hear from you.
Officials have launched a community survey.
They’re looking for feedback on several topics including budgeting, city services, transit, communications, and customer service.
“This is an opportunity for residents to voice their opinions and contribute to the decision-making process,” says Deputy Mayor Maggie Horsfield. “We are committed to listening to our community and using their feedback to help guide our decisions and improve our services.”
The city says input collected will also help update business plans, guide communication and public engagement, and enable the city to benchmark and monitor progress over time.
The survey is anonymous and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete with residents are encouraged to participate and make their voices heard.
