North Bay Hydro says it’s getting reports of customers receiving phone calls from someone claiming to be the utility.
Officials say people are being called about having hot water tanks or other equipment inspected.
North Bay Hydro says it’s not them making the calls.
The utility says if you’re ever in doubt, give them a call at 705-474-8100 (option 2) to confirm.
