Saying yes to ENCORE turned $1 into $100,000 for North Bay’s Norman Archer.
Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation says he matched the last six of seven ENCORE numbers in the August 10th Ontario 6-49 draw.
The winning ticket was purchased at the McEwen Gas Bar on Seymour Street.
