The Royal Canadian Legion’s Poppy Campaign is underway.
From the last Friday in October to Remembrance Day, millions of Canadians wear a Poppy as a visual pledge to never forget those who served and sacrificed.
The campaign raises funds to support Veterans and their families in need.
Both traditional Poppy donation boxes and tap-enabled ones will be available in thousands of locations across the country, including locally.
The Legion also says for the first time lapel poppies will be available on Amazon’s Canadian website.
