An incident on Monday has resulted in a 56-year-old North Bay man facing a few charges including assault with a weapon and uttering threats.
The North Bay Police Service say officers were called on Oct. 21 to a report of a person being threatened by another person with an edged weapon in the 200-block of McIntyre Street East.
Police says after the accused began walking down the street another person was also threatened in the area.
The accused was located and arrested in the 300-block of Lakeshore Drive, with a search locating a pair of scissors.
Police say the victims and accused, who was held for a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse, are not known to each other.
