Applications are now being accepted for the LIPI Toy Drive and the North Bay Santa Fund.
This year marks the 77th annual Santa Fund.
Volunteers assemble over 400 baskets of groceries and over 1,500 toys to be delivered to families and children in North Bay.
The deadline for families in need in North Bay to apply is Nov. 29.
Applications will be taken in person at the LIPI Office at 127 Main St East, Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 3 pm.
The fundraising goal for the Santa Fund this year is $175,000.
Donations can be made at santafund.ca or at Gem Sewing at 259 Worthington St. West from Dec. 4-22 (Mon-Fri, 9:30 am to 1 pm).
