Students at West Ferris Secondary School are fundraising for the annual Trojans Parade for Cancer.
Parade day is Thursday, May 22.
Donations are being collected in support of cancer care at North Bay Regional Health Centre (NBRHC).
Officials say this year, the parade is raising funds to help purchase a state-of-the-art contrast injector for mammography at the health centre.
They say the equipment improves the quality of imaging, allowing radiologists to detect and diagnose breast cancer earlier.
While students will be out in the community fundraising, donations can also be made online on the NBRHC Foundation website.
