For the second year in a row, PHARA Community Services is being recognized as one of the Best Workplaces in Government & Social Services.
They’ve been awarded the distinction by Great Place to Work Canada, a group described as a global authority on workplace culture.
PHARA says the recognition highlights its unwavering commitment to employee development and wellbeing, fostering a collaborative culture, providing opportunities for leadership, and creating a safe and supportive space for both staff and clients.

Since 1975, PHARA has been offering a variety of community-based services, including accessible housing, assisted living supports, and advocacy for living with independence.
