Saturday is Rotary Community Day downtown

Families are being invited to a special event on Saturday at the Rotary Splash Pad and Playground downtown.

North Bay’s Family of Rotary is hosting their 3rd Annual Community Day, from 11 am to 2 pm.

Along with the splash pad and playground, officials say there will be fun activities with the North Bay YMCA.

The city police Community Engagement Unit and mascot Radar will also be there along with Chewie, Victim Services of Nipissing District’s Trauma Dog.

While supplies last, Rotary says there will also be vouchers for kids’ meals from The Ultimate Melt and Ever Cool Ice Cream, located next to the North Bay Museum.
