A 92-year-old city resident is planning kitchen and floor renovations after a lotto win.
Gilberte Dumoulin of North Bay won the $50,000 top prize on an INSTANT BINGO game.
“I found out I won while at home, and I was in disbelief,” says Dumoulin.
The winning ticket was purchased at Shoppers Drug Mart on Cassells Street.
