You can help make the community a little greener this weekend by cleaning up the Chippewa Creek.
Members of The North Bay Mattawa Conservation Authority will be meeting at the New Ontario Brewery on Cassells at 9:45am on Sunday for coffee and muffins before the clean-up, and everyone is welcome.
This is also a chance for the public to learn more about adopting a portion of the creek to protect and preserve it.
