Federal Liberals shoring up local war chest

The summer barbecue circuit is heading indoors for some fine dining later this week in North Bay.

The Nipissing-Timiskaming Federal Liberal Riding Association is hosting a fundraising dinner on Thursday.

FedNor Minister Patty Hajdu is joining MP Pauline Rochefort for the $500 a plate dinner.
It’s taking place at Churchills.

Officials bill the event as a summer evening of dinner and conversation.
