Some West Ferris residents lose power after collision

(Update: North Bay Hydro reported just after noon on Wednesday that power was restored at about 11:30 am)

A collision knocked out power for some West Ferris area residents just after 8 am Wednesday.

North Bay Hydro reported wires down from a crash on Lee Avenue, initially causing an outage from Gertrude Street to Stanley.

After the utility says some isolating and switching to re-energize and reduce the outage, the impacted area shrunk to Lee Ave between Charles Street and Judge Ave.  The estimated restoration time is 1 pm.
