North Bay media will get a chance to see how TransCanada performs their pipeline inspections.
The company is holding a demonstration of their pipeline integrity in-line inspecting today. The system they use sends a high-tech cylindrical robot inside the pipe to scan the walls.
This gives them information on any repairs and anomalies that may occur inside the pipeline.
