A 41-year-old North Bay woman is facing a charge for attempted murder.
City Police say an argument between the woman and her male partner turned violent last week, and the woman hit the man. Early Monday morning police say the woman stabbed the man with a kitchen knife.
He was able to get out of the apartment and get help. He suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The woman faces one count of attempt murder and three other charges.
