North Bay Police arrested and charged a 50-year old man following an investigation into a report of a sexual assault on Friday.
The accused is alleged to have approached a female at a public event on Main Street Friday afternoon, who was under the age of 16, and groped her.
The two were previously unknown to each other.
The accused was released from custody with a court appearance scheduled for September 6th.
