North Bay Police have arrested and charged a 41-year old man following an ongoing “Controlled Drugs and Substances Act” investigation.
The 41-year old is accused of selling marijuana, Clonazepam pills, and methamphetamine pills at three different times between July 30th and August 5th.
Police observed the last transaction on August 5th and arrested the man near O’Brien Street.
Police seized a small quantity of methamphetamine pills, marijuana and $50 cash after a search.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
