MP Anthony Rota is encouraging all local organizations and communities to submit their applications to the Canada 150 Fund in preparation for Canada’s 150th birthday.
The Canada 150 Fund continues to accept applications for community projects up to $50,000.
Additionally, the Community Fund for Canada’s 150th, which provides community initiatives with grants from $100 to $15,000, also continues to accept applications.
Eligible funding recipients under the Canada 150 Fund include not-for-profit organizations, business corporations, schools, and municipal governments and their institutions.
Rota says Canada’s 150th birthday is a time to celebrate our country’s rich history, and he’d like to see as many local organizations to join in the celebration as possible.
