Things will be heating up at council tonight. Recommendations about potential changes to outdoor burning rules and the city’s open air burning by law are being talked about. Open air burning is not allowed in urban areas right now. Deputy Mayor Tanya Vrebosch called the review because she said it doesn’t always make sense to grant burning permits by zoning.
