A Sudbury man is dead after his car was hit head on by a pick-up truck. The fatal collision took place on Highway 17 late Thursday night at the bypass in the city’s south end. OPP say the pick-up collided with two vehicles as they approached the truck. The man in the car died at the scene. The pick-up driver is in hospital with non life threatening injuries while the driver of the other vehicle was treated and released. Police expect to lay charges against the pick-up driver.
