Housing license issue delayed a bit longer

A proposal to approve a North Bay home at 22 Paul Street for six bedrooms will stay on the books a while longer.  Councillor George Maroosis wants the zoning and planning department to sign off on the proposal saying it has no issues.  The fire department has already said it has no concerns.  Staff rejected the application to license the home for six bedrooms even though that’s how the new owner bought the building a few years ago.  Eduadro Barron says he’s not trying to evade the by-law and that’s why he wants written approval.
