The Highway 17/11 southbound off ramp in North Bay is open again. It was closed Sunday night after a truck flipped over on its side. Investigators don’t know what caused the big truck to fall over but there was a freezing rain warning in place at the time. The closure forced southbound traffic on Highway 11 to detour until the roadway re-opened early Monday afternoon.
