Nipissing MPP Vic Fedeli rose in the legislature at Queen’s Park to congratulate recent accomplishments made by Nipissing University. Fedeli referenced a recently released report looking at key performance indicators that placed Nipissing among the top schools in Ontario.
The University had the highest percentage of graduates securing employment two years after graduation at 95.7 per cent, which is two per cent higher than the provincial average. The report also showed 90.8 per cent of graduate’s secured employment six months after graduation, which is three per cent above the provincial average.
Fedeli says another impressive statistic in the report is that an impressive 93.6 per cent of Nipissing students were either satisfied or very satisfied with their time at the university. That puts the school six per cent above the provincial average of 87.7 per cent. Fedeli also shared that the Mike Harris Learning Library just recently had its 1 millionth visitor, and finished by congratulating Nipissing for its outstanding performance.
