Three North Bay residents facing drugs and weapons charges after arrest

Three people have been arrested by North Bay police and face drug charges following a drug bust at an apartment in a residential building on Clarence Street. Two men in their 40s face two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking each, as well as a single count of property obtained by crime. A 25-year-old woman is facing two charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking, and a single charge of possession of property obtained by crime and unauthorized possession of a weapon.

Police searched the residential unit the three were in, and seized 27 Oxycodone pills, 54 grams of marijuana, over $1,200 in cash and four knives as evidence. Two of the knives were deemed as prohibited weapons, one being a butterfly knife and the other a flick knife. According to police, the estimated street value of the drugs is $2,800. The three accused are all residents of the apartment.
