North Bay Home Show collecting non-perishables for the Food Bank

The 2017 North Bay Home Show is happening this weekend, and admission is a non-perishable food donation to the food bank, and a toonie. It will be set up at the Sam Jacks Recreational Complex at 42 Gertrude Street East from Friday until Sunday. The three-day show features booth-after-booth of better products, brighter ideas, and best values. You can take in row after row of displays relating to Home & Decor, Health & Fitness, Activities & Leisure, plus demonstrations of Consumer Products & introductions to Professional Services. Show hours are 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm on Saturday and 10:00am to 4:00pm on Sunday.

Food bank manager Amber Livingstone says they are pleased that Montgomery Partners consulting firm has partnered with the food bank to collect donations for this event. The North Bay Food Bank is available to accept food and monetary donations year round. The food bank is open to serve clients Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:00am until 12:00pm and Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4:00pm until 7:00pm. For more information, you can call the food bank at 705-495-3290.
