Local police looking to the public for information on a robbery over the weekend

North Bay Police are asking for the public’s help with an investigation into a robbery that took place early Saturday morning. Police say three men allegedly entered an apartment on Fourth Avenue East and assaulted two men inside. They then demanded that everyone inside the apartment empty their pockets, and after collecting the victims’ personal items, they left the scene.

The two men were taken to the North Bay Regional Health Centre and treated for non-life threatening injuries. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact Detective Constable Darcy Wall at 705-497-5555. If you have information but want to remain anonymous, you can contact Near North Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or submit a tip online at nearnorthcrimestoppers.com.
