North Bay Police are looking for the public’s help in finding missing Robert Bell. Bell is 69-years-old and left the North Bay Regional Health Centre yesterday morning. He’s described as six-feet-tall, 230lbs and Caucasian. He’s got short curly salt and pepper hair and was wearing a black and red plaid long sleeved shirt with track pants and a dark ball cap.
Bell also has a moustache, facial scruff and his left leg is amputated below the knee, and was operating a low yellow wheelchair. Police say he is medically frail, and his condition might get worse without the required medication.
